Episode 88: Widows//The Clovehitch Killer//If Beale Street Could Talk

There’s a chill in the air and a good looking slate of films on the brink. Greg and Anderson are back to speak to the films that spoke to them in the month of October as well as cover the slew of movies that they’re jacked about for November. Once again, Greg has already screened a handful of them and once again, Anderson has a lot of new news about his own film, Groupers.

Editor’s Note: Green Book was shamefully neglected in this episode and should not have been. Looks interesting for a number of reasons. Peter Farrelly, yes that Dumb and Dumber director taking a stab at a dramatic, period piece based on a true life story. An uneducated Italian bouncer accompanying a black classical pianist as his driver through the notoriously racist south of the 1960’s. Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali in the title roles.

Thanks for listening and for all your support of the show.
